How are the fees paid?
Once you have successfully filled a vacancy and the client has approved the candidate, yourpeoplemarket.com collects the fee from the employer, which is then paid to you in line with the rebate/guarantee period, subject to our terms of business.
- 25% paid 31 days after the Start Date
- 25% paid 61 days after the Start Date
- 50% paid 91 days of the Start Date
yourpeoplemarket.com is completely self-billing so there is no need to invoice.
Additionally we will manage the credit control for you.
What is the guarantee/rebate system and how does it work?
yourpeoplemarket.com provides a guarantee/rebate system to protect the client from drop-outs and ensure that the candidate you place stays in post.
Payment of the fee award is paid in line with the guarantee/rebate schedule outlined below to cover any candidate withdrawal in line with the terms of business during the first 90 days.
- No Payment if candidate leaves within initial 30 day period
- Initial 25% payable after 31 days in position
- Further 25% payable after 61 days in position
- Final 50% payable after 91 days in position
Delivering payment throughout the on-boarding of a new recruit we alleviate any fee/rebate disputes and prevent any sudden dents to your cash flow.
What happens if an employer doesn’t pay the fee?
yourpeoplemarket.com do everything possible to ensure the integrity of the jobs on the system, including credit checking of employers, where appropriate, before allowing them to post their jobs.
As per our terms of business we will only pay a fee when we have received the funds from an employer and in line with the rebate/guarantee period
In the unlikely event that an employer does not make payment, our finance team will do everything, including taking legal action to secure the funds on your behalf.

Do I have to include a candidate’s contact information in a submission?

You have the facility to remove all reference to a candidates contact details/information on initial CV submission. Can I speak to the employer?

What is the YouRate scoring system?
The YouRate scoring system is your recruiter rating and

status based on employer feedback on your performance within the marketplace. The better your performance the better your recruiter rating profile and

status and the more success you will have in the marketplace.
Once a vacancy has been closed, the employer rates each recruiter engaged on the vacancy based on the below criteria:
1. Overall Experience (minimum requirement for rating process):

2. Rating Metrics: (graded 1-5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 the highest)

How do you resolve disputes?

How does candidate ownership work?
The recruiter who submits a candidate(s) against a vacancy has candidate ownership of the submitted candidate(s) for a period of six months from date of submission.
If the employer subsequently hires such a candidate during this six month period then a fee is payable to the recruiter, subject to our terms of business.
What if the potential employer already has the candidate CV?
If the employer has proof of the same candidate submission in the six months preceding your submission via the yourpeoplemarket.com system then the employer retains candidate ownership and no fee is payable for such candidate(s).
How do you alleviate the problems of duplicate candidate submissions?
yourpeoplemarket.com’s applicant tracking system is designed to block duplication on CVs from multiple recruiters.
However, should the system fail to block a duplicated submission, then (in line with our terms of business) the recruiter who submitted the CV first (based on system time stamp details) will retain candidate ownership for that particular vacancy.
Do recruiters have to use the yourpeoplemarket.com contract?
Yes, yourpeoplemarket.com operates one central contract that governs the relationship between all parties, employer and recruitment suppliers.
Such a process avoids the time and hassle associated with lengthy contract negotiations and variations with every new employer uncovered via yourpeoplemarket.com.
Additionally we ensure all your competitors within the marketplace are governed by the same terms of business, which ensures a fair and level playing field is maintained at all times.
